Jim Weldon
He has been around the newspaper business for 30 years. His Mom has worked at the Cape Cod Times, Mesa Tribune and the Arizona Republic and Gazette for over 30 years before retiring. She came on board at one of Jim’s companies to handle Community and Public Relations and taught Jim the key elements of Media and its power and responsibility.
Jim’s style leans more towards editorials and columnist based writing. He likes to take a position and usually has a strong opinion on the topics his team covers. Building an on-line Media company has always been a goal of his and Real Time Event Media is the realization of this goal. The first vertical Real Time Event Media has decided to tackle is the US Court System. Based on his interest in Politics, Technology and the Legal System a perfect confluence has occurred for Jim and his team to build and invest in this new medium.
In addition, to the Real Time Court News Micro-Blogging (almost realtime- we upload at breaks to avoid Rule 53 infractions), RealTime has created an on-line TV Channel and Radio Station. With their in-court team and man on the street interviews RealTime will offer the widest possible view never seen by the Public.
