If the jury comes back with a guilty verdict, then the lawyers will have made the same mistake that the first legal team made, underestimating the anti-CEO bias in the jury. Hope the best for Greg. They should have come back with a not guilty right away.

Already filing for a mistrial? Looks a little familiar. Isn’t this what went down in Reyes first trial? Can’t they just leave the poor guy alone?

So the defense may not call any witnesses? I mean it makes sense to me, it seems like they pretty much have this one in the bag. it’s as if all the prosecutions’ witnesses have turned into defense witnesses. Hopefully this whole thing will be over soon!

It seems odd these folks are allowed to testify…since they never met with Mr. Reyes.

Thank you for the posts, I have enjoyed following the case, I feel like I am in the court room with you guys. I just can’t believe these witnesses the prosecution is calling. Don’t they have anyone better? It’s all becoming so redundant.
