Today a Stipulation (an agreement) regarding Exhibit 7706 was ordered.

Exhibit 7706 pertained to information about KPMG.

In order to protect the confidentiality of certain KPMG information, Greg Reyes, the Prosecution & KPMG ( non-party) all agree to remove from the record, all pages from Exhibit 7706 except pages 1, 2, 13, 14, & 15.

    really glad I found this site, very interesting the only thing that worries me is that you guys seem very pro defense. If he is convicted we won’t know why based on these notes. Based on all I have read I would have thought they would have acquitted him in a few hours. What am I missing

    also find this website really interesting, updating what is going on in the court room allows you to get your own conclusions, I mean you always have to have a criteria to build your own opinions. I’ve been following this case since I firmly believe gregory reyes is an innocent man who did a common practice on companies nowadays.
