Before Beyer began at Brocade he worked for the KLA Tencor Company where he was in HR and involved in stock option pricing, generating and maintaining stock option documents. The same process of “looking back” occurred at that company as well. Was he uncomfortable “looking back” at prices there too?
Day 6 – Def. Atty. Neal – Witness Beyer – So were you then uncomfortable at your last job?
Day 5 – Stock approval
Beyer stated that the only approval ever received was by Greg Reyes signed stock option grant documents. However, this reminds me of the HR associate who was copying and pasting Reyes name on documents. Are we sure Reyes really signed the doc?
“More than a Feeling”
During prosecution’s testimony this morning a member’s of the audience phone rang; the ring tone “More than Feeling” by Boston sounds off. Prosecution did not seem amused, however, the defense found it quite funny. Does this at all reflect on how the case is going?
