Oh boy is this getting good now. Finally a witness who wants to cross swords with Defense Atty Neal….but so far to no avail. Neal just got Witness to admit KMPG allowed backdated options. And that the Board and Finance folks knew as evidenced by who received the post dated email.
WOW!!!! Kind of blows a Big hole in he the Govt’s case.
