The Devil is in The Details (charging orders)

After reviewing the details of why all the motions that the defense filed in the Gregory Reyes trial were denied, the defense team went into an analysis of the charging orders. The details of wording were scrutinized as the defense is concerned that any slight reference that could be misinterpreted by the jury would make a huge difference for their case.

Atty Neal asked Witness Deranleau, “As CFO, did you receive any communication from the SEC questioning the accuracy of the restated financials?”

CFO Deranleau answered that while they would fairly receive comments from the SEC, he didn’t recall any comment questioning the restatement.
